Art Collectors have never seen anything like the phenomenon of
Bev Doolittle's fine art limited edition prints. After a five-year hiatus, she has returned to the arts with original, hand-pulled stone lithographs. Stone lithographs are regarded as originals because they are not reproductions of an original image, but are creations of new art on stone transferred to
paper through a hand-pulled inking process. Lithography literally means writing on stone.
The Greenwich Workshop has recently released a number of limited edition signed and numbered stone lithographs. Contrary to the large edition sizes of her past limited editions,
the editions of the stone lithographs are very small, some as small as 100, and therefore sell out very quickly. The imagery of
Bev's new releases reflect the artist's love of horses, passion for the natural world and her affinity for the Native American's spiritual relationship to the land.
